Man, time is flying by! Little Coleman is growing up in a flash. Porter loves his little brother and tries to kiss him all of the time; he also enjoys pushing Coleman in the swing, rolling him on the floor, and shoving the binkie in his mouth as Justin and I say "soft". Coleman is such a good baby!!!!! He sleeps really well, about 8 hours straight through the night, he smiles all of the time, and loves running through the air while lying down. I just hope he stays so happy as he grows up.
Justin and I met through a mutual friend, Greg, and our first "hang out" was at one of Greg's rock concerts in June 2006. We haven't gone to many hard core rock concerts since, not really my scene, but we have had a great time and hopefully this blogging thing will help me document my life a little better than what I have done in the past. We live in Cottonwood Heights Utah and are in the process of building a house in Draper (well I guess we are if our permits ever come through). I work part time as a nurse at a couple of rehab facilities and Justin works at an investment firm. We have our wonderful little man Porter and are just enjoying the new life of parenthood.
Porter Judd,
This is Porter, and he is so great! He was our Christmas present this last year and he is such a good natured baby. Sometimes I get jelous of those babies that sleep through the night at his same age, but my heart brakes when I hear him cry. My Pediatrician told me I will soon change my mind once I am truley sleep deprived. Anyways, He has learned this new trick with his tongue and he is sticking it out constantly. It is really funny to see, and it makes me laugh everytime.

How do I love thee?
How do I love thee? Let mecount the ways. I love thee to the depth and breadth and height My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight For the ends of Being and ideal Grace. I love thee to the level of everyday's Most quiet need, by sun and candle-light. I love thee freely, as men strive for Right; I love thee purely, as they turn from Praise. I love thee with the passion put to use In my old griefs, and with my childhood's faith. I love thee with a love I seemed to lose With my lost saints, - I love thee with the breath; Smiles, tears, of all my life! - and, if God choose, I shall but love thee better after death. Elizabeth Barrett Browning
I love the picture of them laying together on the ground!! I love the onesies too...I didn't find those until Grant was too big for them.
